NEW DEALER REQUIREMENTS
Dear Prospective Customer:
J&B Importers would like to thank you in advance for your interest in
becoming a valued customer. To establish an account you will need to
be a manufacturer or have a retail store front that sells bicycles and
accessories. We do not sell to "INTERNET ONLY" accounts. We
will need the following from you:
1. Copy of state sales tax certificate or resale certificate.
2. Copy of business license for sale or repair of bicycles.
3. Copy of occupational license for sale or repair of bicycles.
4. Copy of proof of liability insurance for your business
5. Completed and signed credit application in all designated spaces.
We will also need the signatures of all owners of the business in all
marked spaces.
Please note:
Payment terms on your account will be based upon your credit application
and review of your credit references.
