Company History
We are very proud of our company and wish to share with you the story of how we grew.

Two friends got together in 1971 and opened a bicycle importing/distribution business. They had a broad background in the industry and quickly made headway toward their goal to become a major bicycle parts & accessories importer. The industry at the time was made up of many small distributors and J&B became their direct importer. Sourcing product from around the world, J&B grew at a rapid pace. In the early 1980's changes took place; the regional distributors were closing or consolidating. The outcome was large national distributors.

J & B's goal refocused on developing shipping locations around the country to service the Independent Bicycle Dealers directly. Today J&B has nine distribution centers servicing over 6,000 dealers and occupying over 350,000 square feet of warehouse space.
